理论是实践经验的总结和概括,我们应该把自己的成功经验上升到理论,指导实践的发展,不要盲目照搬国外的理论来解释中国的经济现象传统理论不能指导我国经济实践我国现在处在中华民族发展史上的一个最好的时期。中国共产党十一届三中全会确立了以经济建设为中心,坚持四项基本原则,坚持改革开放的基本路线。中国的经济建设取得了令世人震惊的成就。1979～2011年,中国经济以年均10%的速度增长。
