[目的]观察马来酸曲美布汀联合中药内服治疗上腹痛综合征疗效。[方法]对60例上腹痛综合征患者使用马来酸曲美布汀联合中药内服,连服4周,比较治疗前后缓解症状。[结果]总有效率为96.67%,明显改善上腹痛综合征的其他主要症状,在整个治疗过程中无一例出现任何明显的不良反应。[结论]马来酸曲美布汀结合中药治疗上腹痛综合征,既安全又有效,值得推广到临床上使用。
[Objective] To observe the curative effect of trimebutine maleate and traditional Chinese medicine orally on the treatment of upper abdominal pain syndrome. [Method] 60 cases of patients with upper abdominal pain syndrome were treated with trimebutine maleate and traditional Chinese medicine for 4 weeks, and the symptoms were compared before and after treatment. [Result] The total effective rate was 96.67%, which obviously improved other main symptoms of upper abdominal pain syndrome. No obvious adverse reaction occurred during the whole course of treatment. [Conclusion] trimebutine maleate combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment of upper abdominal pain syndrome, safe and effective, it is worth to be extended to clinical use.
