阐述了车体钢结构模态分析的理论基础及数学模型概念,采用有限元法对车体钢结构进行模态分析,通过有限元法计算得出的模态频率和振型,预测车身与转向架、路面激励等发生相互影响的可能性。通过模态试验获得车体钢结构的固有振动特性参数,确定其在各种激扰频率下的振动状态。
The theoretical basis and the mathematical model concept of modal analysis of vehicle body steel structure are expounded. The modal analysis of vehicle body steel structure is carried out by finite element method. The modal frequency and mode shape calculated by finite element method are used to predict the body and steering Frames, road surface incentives such as the possibility of mutual influence. Through the modal test, the natural vibration characteristic parameters of the steel structure of the vehicle body are obtained, and the vibration state of the steel body under various disturbance frequencies is determined.
