中国古代生命美学思想向来关照人的个性、情感、品位、意趣,并伴随着深厚的社会、文化和哲学内涵。不论社会如何变幻,只有在艺术中才能安放灵魂自由皈依的一隅净土。随着社会发展、人们生活质量的提高,“艺术”不再是国人眼中的冷门学科。然而,现实中终极关怀的缺失,忏悔意识的淡薄以及对人性与生命的冷漠甚至无视等社会顽疾,都导致艺术的苍白和人类灵魂的沉沦。在这种世风之下,音乐学者有必要将专业化的研究,转向对音乐与生命及灵魂的关注。
Ancient Chinese life aesthetics has always taken care of people’s personality, emotion, taste, interest, and accompanied by profound social, cultural and philosophical connotation. No matter how society changes, only in art can we place a part of the pure land where souls freely convert themselves. With the development of society and the improvement of people’s quality of life, “art” is no longer a popular subject in the eyes of Chinese. However, in reality, the lack of ultimate care, the weak consciousness of repentance, and indifference to human nature and life or even social disasters such as disregard of social life all lead to the paleness of art and the sinking of human souls. Under this kind of ethos, it is necessary for music scholars to shift the study of specialization to the concern of music, life and soul.
