我厂生产的热磨机,其底座是用不锈钢ZGlCr13材料铸成,上面的φ216mm孔,内有五条花键槽,长900mm、宽30~(+0.14)mm。而厂内没有大型插床,无法加工。后经多次研究,决定采用以刨代插工艺。在老式皮带刨床上增加一套进刀、分度机构。结果刨削出的内花键槽直线性好,分度正确,槽宽尺寸公差,光洁度均符合技术要求。刨削装置由进刀(件1、2、3)、支承(件9)、分度(件5、6)机构组成(见附图)。(1)安装:工件加工前,先将方体4固定在刨床的刀架上,再将刀排10穿入工件孔内,刀排的一端与`
