《国家综合防灾减灾规划“十二五”规划》(征求意见稿)中提出:加强救灾技术装备建设,研究制定各级救灾技术装备配备标准,全面加强生命探测仪器、应急通信装备、应急广播设施、救灾专用车辆、紧急救援直升机、应急救援专业机械设备等技术装备建设。为此,我们将分期对救灾技术装备应用进行介绍,以期为基层民政部门的自然灾害应急处置与恢复重建能力建设提供借鉴。

To this end, we will introduce the application of disaster relief technology and equipment in phases so as to provide reference for the emergency handling and reconstruction and reconstruction of natural disasters at the grass-roots civil affairs departments.
