我省修建一座大桥采用预应力梁,设计为弗氏锚头,其首要关键是要解决弗氏锚的锚具(锚圈和锚塞)及张拉设备双作用千斤顶和油泵的供应。但由于能造这样规格的部门任务紧,不能代制,而我们又非用不可。交通厅工程局鉴于这种情况就把制造这些设备的任务交给我站。我们感到这是既光荣而又艰巨的任务,在上级党的正确领导下,依靠主席思想,全站职工发扬了革命精神,克服了材料、加工设备和技术上的种种难关,终于在五个月内试制成功,解决了大桥预应力梁的生产关键设备。
The construction of a bridge in our province uses prestressed beams and is designed as Freesia anchor head. Its primary key is to solve the supply of Freescale anchors (anchor rings and anchors) and double-acting jacks and pumps for tensioning equipment. However, due to the tight task of creating departments of such specifications, we can not do it without our own efforts. In view of this situation, the Engineering Bureau of Communications Department handed over the task of manufacturing these equipments to me. We feel that this is a glorious but arduous task. Under the correct leadership of the higher party, all staff of the entire station, with the thinking of the Chairman, carried forward the revolutionary spirit and overcame various difficulties in materials, processing equipment and technology. Finally, in five months Internal trial system successfully solved the key prestressed beam production equipment.
