本文介绍了STC型丝材、张丝非弹性性能测试仪的基本结构和测量原理;测量了扭转变形条件下的弹性后效、弹性极限、弹性滞后和应力驰豫;测量了张丝弹性后效及其温度系数;已试验的温度范围为室温至200℃;观察了仪器的稳定性及各种影响因素;提出了非弹性性能测量中用机械老化形成的“稳定态试样”的方法,并利用它检验仪器的可靠性。测量卸载后的残余偏转角的分辨率为±1″,应变测量灵敏度为5×10~(-9)~1×10~(-8)。
In this paper, the basic structure and measuring principle of STC wire and filament non-elasticity tester were introduced. The elastic after-effect, elastic limit, elastic hysteresis and stress relaxation under torsional deformation were measured. And its temperature coefficient; the tested temperature range is from room temperature to 200 ℃; the stability of the instrument and various influencing factors are observed; the method of “steady state sample” formed by mechanical aging in non-elastic property measurement Use it to test the reliability of the instrument.
