对12例肝硬化并急性上消化道大出血患者进行24~48小时内血浆氨基酸检测。结果为缬氨酸、亮氨酸、异亮氨酸轻度下降,酪氨酸、苯丙氨酸明显升高,有显著性差异。支链氨基酸(BCAA)轻度下降,芳香族氨基酸(AAA)升高,BCAA/AAA比值显著下降,有显著性差异。其中8例发生不同程度肝性脑病,说明急性上消化道大出血患者氨基酸代谢异常可诱发肝性脑病。
A total of 12 patients with cirrhosis and acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding for 24 to 48 hours of plasma amino acid detection. The results for the valine, leucine, isoleucine slightly decreased, tyrosine, phenylalanine increased significantly, a significant difference. Branched chain amino acids (BCAA) slightly decreased, aromatic amino acids (AAA) increased, BCAA / AAA ratio decreased significantly, with significant differences. 8 cases of different degrees of hepatic encephalopathy, indicating that patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding abnormal amino acid metabolism can induce hepatic encephalopathy.
