职业素养是职业要求和规范在从业者个体身上的内化,是在职业过程中个体表现出来的综合素质,它能够比较全面地评价就业者能否胜任所从事的岗位。职业素养的高低成为用人单位重要的人才选择标准。高等职业教育不同于一般意义的高等学科教育,它跨越了职业与教育的明确分界。高职学生的“准职业人”身份,要求高职院校应为他们职业素养的修习与积蓄提供全方位支撑,并成为其职业素养养成与提升的坚实后盾。
Professional accomplishment is the internalization of professional requirements and norms in the individual practitioners. It is the comprehensive quality of individuals in the professional process. It can more fully evaluate the job qualifications of the employed. The level of professional qualifications to become an important selection criteria of personnel. Higher vocational education is different from general higher education, which crosses the clear boundary between occupation and education. Vocational students “prospective professional ” identity, vocational colleges should require vocational training and savings for them to provide all-round support and become the professional accomplishment and promotion of solid backing.
