目的建立一种准确、快速测定游泳池水中尿素的流动注射分析方法。方法尿素在氨基硫脲存在下,在强酸环境中与二乙酰一肟加热,可生成红色的二嗪衍生物,在520nm下进行比色分析。结果本方法的最低检测浓度为17.80μg/L;标准曲线浓度范围是0~1.50mg/L,相关系数为0.999 9;相对标准偏差为3.16%;加标回收率为96.00%~120.00%。结论本方法操作简便,灵敏度高,线性范围、精密度和准确度均满足检测要求。
Objective To establish a rapid and accurate method for the flow injection analysis of urea in swimming pool water. Methods Urea was heated with diacetyloxime in the presence of thiosemicarbazone in a strong acid environment to produce red diazine derivatives and colorimetric analysis was performed at 520 nm. Results The minimum detectable concentration of this method was 17.80 μg / L. The standard curve ranged from 0 to 1.50 mg / L with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 9. The relative standard deviation was 3.16%. The recoveries of standard addition ranged from 96.00% to 120.00%. Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive, linear range, precision and accuracy meet the testing requirements.
