地方综合档案馆作为档案资源建设的主体,在资源建设过程中,承担着更多的责任和义务。在馆藏资源建设中,存在着两种观点:一种观点认为,应注重资源的综合性,这既是综合档案馆自身应具有的特点,也符合档案馆资源建设的发展方向;另一种观点认为,应注重资源的特色性,这是档案馆当前搞好资源建设的根本出路。对此,我们应以科学的发展观来指导这项工作,正确协调好馆藏资源建设综合性与特色性之间的关系。
As the main body of archives resources construction, local comprehensive archives bear more responsibilities and obligations in the process of resource construction. In the collection of resources, there are two kinds of views: one view that should pay attention to the comprehensiveness of resources, which is both the characteristics of comprehensive archives itself, but also in line with the development of archives resource development direction; the other point of view that , We should pay attention to the characteristic of resources, which is the fundamental way for archives to do a good job of resource construction at present. In this regard, we should guide this work with a scientific outlook on development and properly coordinate the relationship between the comprehensiveness and distinctiveness of the collection resources.
