近年很多韩国歌手都把歌唱事业发展的版块扩展到中国,Se7en就是其中的一位。原名崔东旭的Se7en之所以会给自己取这样一个英文名字,是有特殊含义的。他说:“‘Se7en’是一个吉祥的数字,象征着好运,我给自己取这样的名字,是希望它能给我带来好运!”2003年发行了首张个人唱片《JustListen》,就先声夺人获得“汉城歌曲大奖”的“最佳新人奖”、“MBC十大歌手歌曲奖”的“新人歌手王”等含金量很高的奖项。如今Se7en的首张中文专辑《MustListen——不得不听》将中国哈韩族的热情重新点燃,看到那么多支持喜爱自己的歌迷欢呼自己的名字,Se7en开心地用中文说:“我很高兴见到你们,我爱你们,也希望你们喜欢我的中文歌!”
