作为闭塞性动脉疾患的新疗法,扩张性金属固定器(Expandable Metallic Stent,EMS)的应用已引起人们注意,为预防PTA后病变复发。作者对4例髂动脉闭塞性动脉硬化应用EMS治疗。对象是髂动脉闭塞2例,狭窄2例。均于PTA后进行EMS治疗。把0.01吋不锈钢丝曲折成“Z”状,然后将其围成圆筒状,长短视病变长短而异。这种折曲成“Z”状围成圆筒形钢丝即为Gianturco型EMS。首先于PTA后将0.018吋导丝留置在血管内,经5.5F导管将EMS插入7F血管套管内(COOK公司制),插入的血管套管要充分越过
