在29个江苏汉族麻风多发家系中进行了HLA-A、-B、-C和-DR分型,并对其中26个家庭进行了单倍型分离分析。患瘤型麻风(LL或BL)的同胞共有亲代单倍型显著多于预期值(p<0.05);L/T“同胞对”显示了亲代单倍型显著的非随机分离(p<0.0005)。提示:瘤型麻风易感素质受控于HLA;HLA连锁基因并不提供对“整个麻风病”本身的易感性或抵抗性。瘤型和结核样型麻风具有不同的遗传背景。
HLA-A, -B, -C and -DR genotypes were performed in 29 Han Chinese leprosy multiple families, and 26 families were analyzed for haplotype. There were significantly more parental haplotypes than expected for sibling patients with leprosy (LL or BL) (p <0.05); L / T sibling pairs showed a significant non-random segregation of parental haplotype (p <0.0005) . Tip: The susceptibility of leprous leprosy is controlled by HLA; HLA-linked genes do not provide susceptibility or resistance to “whole leprosy” itself. Tumor types and tuberculosis leprosy have different genetic backgrounds.
