提出一种低成本的基于 PC的八轴运动控制器 .硬件由 8路增量编码器输入信号处理电路和 8路 16位 D/A转换电路构成 .运动轨迹规划和控制策略已设计成函数库的形式 ,由 PC调用完成运算 .全部电路安装在185mm× 12 2 mm的 PC短卡上 .与采用专用运动控制芯片的板卡相比 ,这种设计不仅降低了成本而且能充分利用 PC的运算资源 ,灵活地实现各种先进的控制算法 ,对构造低成本的开放式数控系统有重要的实际意义
