目前,“菜篮子”产业安全风险主要集中在数量风险、质量风险、绿色风险、市场风险这几个方面,必须通过科技创新手段加以化解。产业安全风险主要表现在以下方面:少数种源不能自给自足,目前我国大部分农产品的种源是没有问题的,但极少数高端农产品的种源对外依存度较高;质量优的标准亟须从生产端向消费端转变.
