土豆为什么退化?土豆营养丰富,高产、稳产。但在气温较高的地区容易退化。退化后,植株变矮,叶片皱缩变小。有的还出现卷叶、花叶现象,薯块变小、变少,产量品质都明显下降。土豆退化的原因,有的说是高温引起的;有的说是病毒引起的;有的说是长期无性繁殖,使细胞内部的生理机能逐渐衰退产生的等等。但通过各地多年实践与研究,比较一致
