文章通过对三大社会经济系统——城市、土地利用和能源系统的阐述,分析了各系统驱动因素的变化;根据对驱动因素的研究,提出了发展气候经济面临的新机遇和挑战;面对新形势,讨论了应对气候变化的措施,并分析了不同发展阶段国家经济转型的可行性。最后总结出为了实现经济可持续发展,未来经济发展必将转向低碳的发展趋势。
The article analyzes the changes of various system drivers through the elaboration of the three major socio-economic systems-urban, land-use and energy systems. According to the research on drivers, it proposes new opportunities and challenges in the development of climate economy. In the face of New situation, discussed measures to deal with climate change, and analyzed the feasibility of economic restructuring in different stages of development. Finally, it is concluded that in order to achieve sustainable economic development, the future economic development will certainly shift to a low-carbon development trend.
