本文从公共图书馆与读者间的法律关系入手,论述了目前图书馆读者服务合同存在的问题,进一步指出了读者服务格式合同制定的若干问题。
Starting with the legal relationship between public libraries and readers, this article discusses the existing problems in the service contracts of readers and further points out the problems in the formulation of contract formats for readers’ services.
