在建设学习型党组织这项全新、长期而富有挑战性的系统工程中,建立和完善有效的工作机制,无疑是其关键所在。辽河油田兴隆台工程技术处兴隆台作业区作为学习型党组织建设的试点单位,从一线修井单位人数多、规模大、技术全、地域广的实际出发,以“导学”、“致用”、“以成”的逻辑组合来探索学习型党组织的机制建设,有效促进了全区安全发展、效益发展、和谐发展,并荣获中国石油“先进基层党组织”光荣称号。
