子宫肌瘤是女性生殖器最常见的良性肿瘤,常见于30～50岁妇女。笔者在临床中对由于各种原因不愿接受手术治疗、有手术禁忌证,或肌瘤尚小暂不需手术治疗者应用米非司酮结合中药汤剂治疗,取得满意疗效,现报道如下。
