本文应用国产维拉帕米缓释片与普通片每日240mg治疗高血压病36例,并测定了16例患者稳态血药浓度。结果显示,缓释片组降压的总有效率为94.4%,显效率77.8%,药后第10天和第20天血药浓度分别为97.0±50.6ng/ml,113.1±64.9ng/ml。普通片组总有效率为88.9%,显效率72.2%,药后第10天、第20天血药浓度分别为108.1±78.3ng/ml、119.7±59.6ng/ml。上述结果表明:两种剂型对高血压病具有肯定疗效,用药剂量以每日240mg为宜。缓释片能减少服药次数,减少个体血药浓度差异,更适合于高血压病的治疗。
In this paper, the application of domestic verapamil sustained-release tablets and tablets daily 240mg treatment of hypertension in 36 cases, and determination of 16 patients steady-state plasma concentration. The results showed that the total effective rate of the sustained-release tablets was 94.4% and the effective rate was 77.8%. The plasma concentrations of the drugs were 97.0 ± 50.6ng / ml and 113.1 ± 64.9ng / ml on the 10th and 20th days respectively. The total effective rate was 88.9% in normal group and 72.2% in effective rate. The plasma concentrations at day 10 and day 20 after drug administration were 108.1 ± 78.3ng / ml and 119.7 ± 59.6ng / ml, respectively. The above results show that: the two formulations of hypertensive disease has a positive effect, the dosage of 240mg daily is appropriate. Sustained release tablets can reduce the number of medication, reduce the individual differences in plasma concentration, more suitable for the treatment of hypertension.
