所谓大体积混凝土是指结构中实体最小尺寸大于或等于1m的部位所用的混凝土。大体积混凝土在浇筑后,由于水化热大、体积大,积聚在内部的水泥水化热不易散发,至使混凝土内部温度高,而混凝土表面由于散热快,形成内外温差,产生温度应力,从而在混凝土表面产生裂缝;当混凝土降温、硬化时,又会产生收缩裂缝。因此大体积混凝土施工中的关键是依靠科学的施工工艺、良好的施工组织,防止混凝土产生裂缝。对此,主要采取以下措施:
