根据虎杖中游离蒽醌酸性的不同,采用微型化学实验仪器用不同碱度的碱水分别萃取不同酸性的蒽醌成分,成功地从虎杖中提取并分离了蒽醌类中大黄酸、大黄素、大黄酚和大黄素甲醚等有效成分。
