LCR 9mm袖珍转轮手枪是鲁格公司LCR转轮手枪家族中的第五种口径型号(其他4种口径分别为0.22英寸LR、0.22英寸WMR、0.38英寸Special、0.357英寸马格努姆),发射9×19mm手枪弹,转轮弹膛容弹量5发。全枪非常小巧,仅有成人手掌大小,可方便装入衣袋隐蔽携行。该枪与其他LCR转轮手枪相同,采用聚合物材料制成的发射机座,握把也由聚合物制成,握把两侧有砂粒状防滑纹,便于握持。不锈钢材料制成的转轮弹膛外表制有凹槽。LCR采用隐蔽式击锤设计,故该枪仅能双动发射,为避免双动发射时扳机力过大,该枪通过击发机构的优化
