随着海口西拓战略的进一步推进,省、市重点项目纷纷落户秀英区。在重点项目建设过程中,由于农村大量土地被征用,故而产生征地拆迁补偿款、青苗补偿款、坟墓迁移补偿款等大量资金。个别征地拆迁人员、乡镇干部、村干部等,因一时贪欲,利用职务之便,伸出贪婪之手,出现了不少腐败现象。如何在农村土地征用中做好廉政风险排查防控工作,把腐败种苗从土壤里连根拔起,促进社会和谐稳定,本文结合实际谈点看法。滋生腐败的现状和成因
