测试了Co、Mn微合金化钨合金经10%面缩率旋锻后的力学性能。用S-250型扫描电镜和H-800型透射电镜对合金的组织、断口及薄膜试样进行了分析,发现形变大大提高了合金强度并在粘结相中产生大量位错。
The mechanical properties of Co, Mn microalloyed tungsten alloy after swaging with 10% reduction of surface area were tested. The microstructure, fracture and film samples were analyzed by S-250 scanning electron microscopy and H-800 transmission electron microscope. It was found that the deformation greatly increased the strength of the alloy and produced a large number of dislocations in the binder phase.
