该书为德意志联邦共和国Enlangen-Nürmberg大学眼科主任G. O. H. Naumann 1980年原著,由美国犹他洲(Utah)大学医学院眼科学及病理学敦授DJ Apple用英文编译。在原著的基础上,编译者尚增加了80年代初期至1985年的新近资料。全书998页,共分17章。原著是自1928至1937年出版的Henke及Lubarsch所著三卷德文经典的眼病理学之后,40余年以来第一本内容广泛、全面、新颖而且面向眼科临床的眼病理学教科书,F. C. The book was originally written by G. O. H. Naumann, director of ophthalmology at the University of Enlangen-Nürmberg in the Federal Republic of Germany in 1980, and compiled in English by DJ Apple, professor of ophthalmology and pathology at the University of Utah School of Medicine. On the basis of the original, the compiler still added recent data from the early 1980s to 1985. The book 998 pages, is divided into 17 chapters. Originally the first comprehensive textbook on ophthalmology for ophthalmology published in more than 40 years since Henrik and Lubarsch’s three-volume German eye pathology published from 1928 to 1937, Prof. FC Blodi said A milestone in the history of ophthalmology. The book serves as a guide for ophthalmologists and pathologists, with more than 460 beautifully made clinical and pathological microscopic and electron microscopic photographs. Distinctive
