为初测螺旋CT血管造影最佳扫描延迟时间,作者对20例患者进行了研究。男11例,女9例,年龄20~79岁(平均55岁)。使用Somatom Plus-S CT扫描机于胰腺及脾静脉水平以10mm层厚扫描,首先对患者“实验性”团注12ml造影剂(Telebrix 38-380mgI/ml),4~10min后再团注90ml。造影剂采用高压注射器经插于患者肘静脉的20G导管注入。测量主动脉、脾静脉及胰腺两次注射的绝对强化值。作连续密度测量的时间间隔在前30s内为3s,30~65s内为5s,剩余时间内为7s。分析两次注射的时间-密度曲线,测量从“实验性”团注开始到主动脉增强高峰的时间间隔,并与团注90ml造影剂后主动脉增强50HU、100HU及150HU所需时间比较。最后记录两种注射
For the first test spiral CT angiography best scan delay time, the authors of 20 patients were studied. There were 11 males and 9 females, aged from 20 to 79 years (average 55 years). Using a Somatom Plus-S CT scanner at the pancreas and splenic venous levels at a 10 mm slice thickness, patients were initially given a “experimental” bolus of 12 ml contrast medium (Telebrix 38-380 mgI / ml) and then re-bolted 90 ml after 4-10 min.
