目的:建立胖大海高效液相色谱指纹图谱分析方法,比较不同地区市售胖大海质量的一致性,为其质量评价提供参考。方法:通过对提取条件和色谱条件进行考察,构建高效液相色谱指纹图谱法并用其测定购自国内不同地区的市售胖大海样品的指纹图谱,采用相似度分析软件对指纹图谱进行分析比较。结果:确定了胖大海指纹图谱的提取条件和高效液相色谱条件,发现了胖大海的20个共有特征峰,8份市售胖大海样品的相似度为0.942～0.984。结论:建立了胖大海的高效液相色谱指纹图谱分析方法,通过该方法证明中国不同地区的市售胖大海的质量比较一致。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the HPLC fingerprint analysis of fat sea and sea, and to compare the consistency of quality of fat sea and sea in different regions to provide references for its quality evaluation. Methods: By analyzing the extraction conditions and chromatographic conditions, HPLC fingerprinting method was established and used to determine the fingerprint of commercially available fat sea samples from different regions of China. The similarity analysis software was used to analyze and compare the fingerprints. Results: The extraction conditions and HPLC conditions for the determination of fingerprints in the sea of fat were established. Twenty common peaks of the fat sea were found. The similarity of eight samples was 0.942 ~ 0.984. Conclusion: The method of HPLC fingerprint of fat sea was established, and the method was used to prove that the quality of the commercially available fat sea in different regions of China was consistent.
