目的研究岭南山竹子茎皮的体外抗氧化活性。方法采用清除ABTS自由基与DPPH自由基测定法,对岭南山竹子茎皮提取物石油醚段、乙酸乙酯段、水溶性段的抗氧化活性进行评价。结果岭南山竹子茎皮提取物石油醚段、乙酸乙酯段、水溶性段对ABTS+、DPPH自由基均具有较好地清除能力,IC50分别为0.143,0.138,0.106mg/ml和13.273,17.417,14.422μg/ml,且随着浓度的升高,对自由基的清除活性增强。结论岭南山竹子茎皮提取物具有较好的抗氧化活性。
Objective To study the antioxidant activity of bamboo bark in Lingnan Mountain in vitro. Methods Antioxidant activities of petroleum ether, ethyl acetate and water-soluble fractions of bamboo bark extract from Lingnan Mountain were evaluated by the method of scavenging ABTS and DPPH free radical. Results The petroleum ether, ethyl acetate and water-soluble fractions of bamboo bark extracts from Lingnan Mountain had good abilities to scavenge ABTS + and DPPH free radicals with IC50 of 0.143, 0.138, 0.106 mg / ml and 13.273, 17.417, 14.422μg / ml, and with increasing concentration, the scavenging activity on free radicals increased. Conclusion Lingnan mountain bamboo bark extract has good antioxidant activity.
