目的总结慢性栓塞性肺动脉高压(CTEPH)患者行肺动脉血栓内膜剥脱术的手术配合要点。方法 7例慢性栓塞性肺动脉高压患者为研究对象,建立体外循环行肺动脉血栓内膜剥脱术,总结手术配合要点。结果 7例患者行肺动脉血栓内膜剥脱术均取得成功,术后恢复良好。结论提前了解、熟悉手术操作步骤,术中与术者密切配合,充分准备,有效的心肌保护,是手术成功的关键。
Objective To summarize the main points of operation for pulmonary embolism in patients with chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension (CTEPH). Methods Seven patients with chronic embolic pulmonary hypertension were enrolled in this study. Cardiopulmonary bypass and endarterectomy were established during cardiopulmonary bypass. The main points of surgical cooperation were summarized. Results 7 cases of pulmonary thrombosis endarterectomy were successful, good recovery. Conclusion Knowing ahead of time, familiar with the procedure of operation, closely cooperating with the surgeon during operation, adequate preparation and effective myocardial protection are the keys to successful operation.
