按照轴承研究所之轴承设计标准,一般轴承非基准面上之非装配倒角均是45°,而基准面上之非装配倒角则是圆角,其目的是为了区分基准面与非基准面。 我厂从64年3月开始将轴承所有之非装配倒角均改为圆角,更改的主要原因是为了减少套圈之碰伤,非装配倒角若是45°,倒角面与平面,外径(内径)之夹角为135°,虽然此夹角是一钝角,但仍形成一个尖劈。在套圈相碰撞时,尖劈部分碰到的机会也很多,往往就在产品倒角面上形成有突起之砍伤缺口。套圈即使淬了火硬度达到HRc61以上仍然会有砍伤的缺口形成,而且内圈的情况比外圈要严重得多。更改圆角后,倒角面与平面,外径(内径)交点处之切綫与平
