以非转基因受体绥农28为对照,对前期获得的耐盐碱转GsSAMS基因大豆的5个转基因株系SN28-SA-1、SN28-SA-2、SN28-SA-3、SN28-SA-4和SN28-SA-5的T3植株进行了产量性状、品质性状和形态性状的调查与分析。结果表明:在产量性状上,5个转基因大豆株系的单株荚数、单株粒数和百粒重与对照无显著差异;在株高、结荚习性、花色和叶型4个形态性状上,株系SN28-SA-1、SN28-SA-2、SN28-SA-3、SN28-SA-4与对照无显著性差异,但株系SN28-SA-5的株高与对照存在显著性差异(P<0.05),说明同一品种的不同转化株系产生了形态性状变异;在品质性状上,5个转基因株系的蛋白含量高于对照1.42%~2.12%,差异显著,而油份含量差异不显著。因此,转GsSAMS基因大豆的5个转化株系并未在产量性状和品质性状上产生不良变异,同时蛋白含量还有显著提高,具有良好的应用前景。
Using non-transgenic Suinong28 as control, five transgenic lines SN28-SA-1, SN28-SA-2, SN28-SA-3 and SN28-SA- 4 and SN28-SA-5 T3 plants were investigated for yield traits, quality traits and morphological traits. The results showed that there were no significant differences in yield traits between plant height, pod habit, flower color and leaf shape in five transgenic soybean lines per plant, pods per plant and 100-grain weight. The SN28-SA-1, SN28-SA-2, SN28-SA-3, and SN28-SA-4 strains showed no significant difference from the control (P <0.05), indicating that the morphological traits of different transformants of the same variety had a morphological variation. The protein content of the five transgenic lines was 1.42% -2.12% higher than that of the control in quality traits, but the difference was significant The difference was not significant. Therefore, five transformants of transgenic GsSAMS soybean did not produce any undesirable variation in yield traits and quality traits, and at the same time protein content was significantly increased, which has a good application prospect.
