目前班导师制快速在我院中实施,根据班导师的工作职责,结合大学生的特点,发挥专业教师身份优势,开展班导师工作,谈谈工作体会。
At present, the tutor system is implemented rapidly in our college. According to the job duties of class tutors and the characteristics of college students, we can give full play to the professional status of teachers and conduct class tutors and talk about work experience.
