目的分析总结职业性二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)中毒致死的原因及诊治经验。方法对1例职业性DMF中毒致死患者的现场与临床资料进行分析。结果根据现场调查、毒物检测、临床表现、实验室检查确诊为急性重度DMF中毒。结论车间空气中DMF浓度超标、个人防护不符合要求、发病后未得到及时有效的救治是导致重度DMF中毒死亡的重要因素。
Objective To analyze and summarize the causes and diagnosis and treatment of occupational dimethylformamide (DMF) poisoning. Methods A case of occupational DMF poisoning in patients with on-site and clinical data were analyzed. Results According to the field investigation, poison detection, clinical manifestations, laboratory tests confirmed acute severe DMF poisoning. Conclusion The concentration of DMF in the air of the workshop is excessive, personal protection does not meet the requirements, and the timely and effective treatment after the onset of the disease is not only an important factor leading to the death of severe DMF poisoning.
