作为局部成形,分析了塑性区半径,应力分布,求得了用平头及园头凸模,橡皮压窝与液压胀形的最大高度估算式,并用试验进行了验证。
As the local forming, the radius and the stress distribution of the plastic zone were analyzed. The maximum height formula of the flat head and head peen, rubber pockets and hydraulic bulging was obtained and verified by experiments.
