基金经理特征与经理人业绩之间存在一定的相关性,但总体来说,相关变量并不多,显著性也并不明显。在我国,相对于经理人的特征背景,基金公司整体的宏观治理策略可能对基金业绩影响更为明显。研究基金公司的投资行为和基金经理人的特点,有利于指导广大投资者的投资行为。
There is a certain correlation between fund manager’s characteristics and manager’s performance, but generally speaking, there are not many relevant variables and the significance is not obvious. In our country, relative to the manager’s characteristic background, the overall macro-control strategy of the fund company may have a more obvious impact on the fund’s performance. Studying the investment behavior of fund companies and the characteristics of fund managers helps to guide the investment behavior of investors.
