高炉中部调剂是近十几年来发展起来的新技术。50年代国内外提出的“操作炉型”概念是本技术发展的启蒙阶段,60年代的“探测炉衬,控制冷却壁的冷却强度”,是中部调剂技术的发展阶段。近几年来,随着炉料结构的变化,在节能增产的情况下,高炉常常出现不顺与难行,并发生炉墙结厚现象。因此,高炉冶炼工作者进一步探讨了本技术,并将其有效地应用于生产实践。本文对高炉中部的冶炼特征、冶炼行程的监测与判断,失常的原因、炉衬结厚的征兆、消除炉墙结厚的措施等做了概括地叙述。
Central blast furnace swap is developed over the past decade new technology. In the 1950s, the concept of “operation furnace” put forward at home and abroad was the initial stage of the development of this technology. In the 1960s, “detecting the lining and controlling the cooling strength of the cooling wall” was the development stage of the middle adjustment technology. In recent years, with the change of charge structure, in the case of energy-saving and yield increase, the blast furnace often appears unsightly and difficult, and the furnace wall knot phenomenon occurs. Therefore, the blast furnace smelting workers to further explore the technology, and its effective application in the production practice. This article summarizes the characteristics of smelting in the middle of the blast furnace, the monitoring and judgment of the smelting process, the causes of the malfunction, the signs of the lining of the lining and the measures to eliminate the thick wall of the furnace wall.
