对具有急回特性的双曲柄-曲柄滑块机构进行分析,推导得出急回特性系数K与安装角φ之间的关系,并探讨了实现安装角调整的具体方法,应用三维软件SolidWorks建立了双曲柄-曲柄滑块机构的实体模型,并将其导入虚拟样机仿真软件ADAMS进行运动学仿真。结果表明主传动机构在工作行程内速度平稳,具有可变急回特性,能满足不同齿宽的加工要求,提高了数控插齿机的加工效率和精度。
Based on the analysis of the double-crank-crank slider mechanism with quick-return characteristic, the relation between the quick-return characteristic coefficient K and the mounting angle φ is deduced and the concrete method of adjusting the mounting angle is discussed. The three-dimensional software SolidWorks is established Double crankshaft - crank slider mechanism of the solid model and import it into the virtual prototype simulation software ADAMS kinematics simulation. The results show that the main drive mechanism in the work of the speed of the smooth, with a rapid return characteristic, to meet the different tooth width machining requirements, improve the NC gear shaper machining efficiency and accuracy.
