间接承受吊车荷载的厂房钢柱 ,一般不考虑疲劳问题 ,但是在一些车间的钢柱上却出现了疲劳破坏。通过实际测量和有限元计算 ,分析了产生疲劳破坏的原因 ,提出了针对这种疲劳破坏的加固处理方法和在设计上应采取的措施。
The steel columns of the factory which indirectly bear the load of the crane generally do not consider the problem of fatigue, however, fatigue appears on the steel columns of some workshops. Through the actual measurement and finite element calculation, the causes of fatigue failure are analyzed, and the methods of strengthening and dealing with this fatigue damage and the measures to be taken in the design are put forward.
