本文介绍了工程转换大梁施工着重解决转换大梁节点处理与模板支撑体系设计。在梁柱节点处理上花了大量的功夫并形成了两次施工图深化设计图,为后续顺利施工扫除了障碍。在模板支撑体系设计方面,经过严格的受力设计,成功地解决了转换大梁自重大、施工荷载大的施工支撑问题。该无粘结预应力转换大梁张拉完成后,经各方认检查验收,没有发现裂缝,完全达到了预期效果。
This paper introduces the construction of converting girder construction to solve the conversion girder node processing and template support system design. In the beam and column node processing spent a lot of effort and formed two plans to deepen the design, smooth construction for the follow-up to remove the obstacles. In the aspect of template support system design, after rigorous force design, successfully solved the problem of construction support with large self-weight of conversion girder and large construction load. After the unbonded prestressed conversion girder was pulled and completed, it was confirmed by all parties that no cracks were found and the expected result was fully achieved.
