当前我国能源十分紧缺,尤其二次能源的电能尤为突出,节能任务非常繁重。风机水泵耗能占工业用电的2/3,占全国发电量的1/3。目前虽少数单位采用了调速节能措施,收到很好的效果。但就全国来说,大部分风机水泵仍采用落后的节流调节方式,使大量电能被浪费。根据国家“要开发节约并举,近期以节能为主”的能源方针,结合十年来我公司采用调速型液力偶合器和调速离合器节电效果非常显著的实际,拟就风机泵类的节能途径和措施,作一些探讨。本文分析了风机泵类机械不同功率、转速采用不同类型变速传动的原则和可能取得的经济效益,对合理选择风机泵类的变速方式提出一些建议,可供有关部门设计选用时参考。
