随着我国外贸经济的快速发展,检验检疫系统的工作任务日益繁重,为了缓解劳动力不足的问题,各地检验检疫局都依据本局实际在相关岗位上聘请了外聘人员从事非行政执法的辅助性工作,使用外聘人员带来的一些深层次的问题,本文从笔者所在检验检疫局外聘人员的薪酬福利角度出发,分析现行外聘人员薪酬福利存在的问题,提出了优化外聘人员薪酬福利结构,建立有效激励机制的具体方案。
