目的探讨血清基质金属蛋白酶9水平对特发性肺纤维化患者早期诊断的价值。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法对32例特发性肺纤维化患者(早期组19例,非早期组13例)和24例健康人(健康对照组)血清基质金属蛋白酶9进行测定。结果早期组和非早期组血清基质金属蛋白酶9均高于健康对照组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01);早期组血清基质金属蛋白酶9高于非早期组,两组间比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论基质金属蛋白酶9在特发性肺纤维化发病机制中起着重要作用,血清基质金属蛋白酶9测定对特发性肺纤维化早期诊断具有一定价值。
Objective To investigate the value of serum matrix metalloproteinase-9 level in the early diagnosis of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. Methods Serum levels of MMP-9 in 32 patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (19 in early group, 13 in non-early group) and 24 healthy individuals (healthy control group) were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results Serum levels of MMP-9 in the early and non-early groups were significantly higher than those in the healthy controls (P <0.01). Serum levels of MMP-9 in the early stage were significantly higher than those in the non-early stage group, with significant differences between the two groups Sexual significance (P <0.01). Conclusion Matrix metalloproteinase 9 plays an important role in the pathogenesis of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. Serum matrix metalloproteinase 9 is of value in the early diagnosis of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.
