地处重庆南坪开发区的嘉陵·本田发动机有限公司,是由中日双方各投资50%建立、拥有670多名员工、生产125型摩托车的现代化合资企业。在这样的企业如何建立党组织?共产党员的地位和作用究竟怎样?广大员工尤其是外方管理看对党员和党建工作态度如何?在既不能直接参加企业管理、又无经费时间场所等前提下党组织如何开展工作?带着这些问题,我们走访了公司双方管理者、部份党员和非党员工,得到了令人欣喜的答案。公司1993年3月筹建,当时仅有的4名党员干部组成了临时党支部。1994年10月一期工程建成投产时,全部12名党员组成了公司党总支。在长达一年半的初创阶段,党组织处于半公开状
Jialing Honda Engine Co., Ltd. is located in Nanping Development Zone in Chongqing. It is a modern joint venture established by 50% investment by both China and Japan with more than 670 employees and 125 motorcycle production. In such enterprises how to establish a party organization? What is the status and role of party members? The majority of employees, especially foreign management to see the attitude of party members and party construction? In neither directly participate in business management, no time and place under the premise How do Party Organizations Work? With these questions, we visited the managers of both companies, some Party members and non-Party staff and got gratifying answers. The company was established in March 1993, when only four party members and cadres formed an interim party branch. When the project was put into operation in October 1994, all 12 members formed the party branch. In a year and a half as early as the start-up phase, the party organization was in the semi-open state
