本文通过对鸡蛋过敏患者血清及外周血单个核细胞(PBMCs)培养上清的IgE水平测定,探讨了γ—干扰素(IFN-γ)、白细胞介素4(IL-4)参与IgE生成的调节机制。结果表明,IFN-γ可抑制IgE的生成,而IL—4则相反。PBMCs培养上清中IFN-γ和IL—4浓度之间呈显著相关。
In this paper, the level of IgE in supernatant of serum and peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from patients with egg allergy was measured to investigate the regulation of IFN-γ and IL-4 in IgE production mechanism. The results showed that, IFN-γ can inhibit IgE production, while IL-4 is the opposite. PBMCs culture supernatants IFN-γ and IL-4 concentration was significantly correlated.
