通过试验确定了8种药物对翘嘴红鲌鱼苗的最低致死浓度范围、半致死浓度和安全浓度。鱼苗对这8种药物的敏感性大小依次为:孔雀石绿>兴棉宝>硫酸铜>漂白粉>敌白虫>亚甲基蓝>甲醛>食盐。并对各种药物使用的有关问题进行了讨论。
The minimum lethal concentration, the lethal concentration and the safe concentration of eight drugs on the red snapper fry were determined through experiments. The sensitivities of fry to these eight drugs were as follows: malachite green> cotton> copper sulfate> bleaching powder> white worm> methylene blue> formaldehyde> salt. And the various issues related to the use of drugs were discussed.
