刑侦部门是公安机关打击刑事犯罪的主要职能部门,是一线实战单位。刑侦领导干部作为刑侦工作的带头人,工作能力怎样,表率作用如何,直接关系到整个刑侦工作。如何做好刑侦部门的领导工作,我认为应抓好以下四个环节: 要加强学习,不断提高自身的政治、业务素质和领导水平要正确认识学习与工作的关系,充分认识学习的重要性,把学习变成自觉的行动,形成浓厚的学习氛围。一是要学好政治理论,以理论上的清醒保证政治上的坚定。刑侦部门处在同刑事犯罪作斗争的第一线。领导干部既要指导办案,又要亲自办案,接触社会阴暗面比较多,不加强自身政治修养,不切实改造自己的主观世界,不具备敏锐的政治觉悟,就无法保证做
